If a broadcast isn't going out, it's almost always one of these:

You don't have permission to broadcast to that team.
You're over 10 languages in a single broadcast — that's the hard cap.
There are no active partners to broadcast to.
You're still inside the cooldown window from your last broadcast.
You've hit your plan's 24-hour broadcast limit.

The error message you get back will tell you which of these it is — it's worth reading the exact text rather than assuming.
