Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StaqOn (the “Service”) — a team-communication and collaboration product operated by VistarKriya Marketings Private Limited (“VMPL”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated under the laws of India. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using StaqOn, you agree to these Terms. If you use StaqOn on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. The Service

StaqOn provides workspaces, teams, channels, direct messages, file sharing, notifications and related collaboration features for internal and partner communication. We may add, change or remove features over time. StaqOn is currently offered free of charge; if we introduce paid features in future, we will make the terms clear before you are charged.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. StaqOn uses passwordless sign-in (a 6-digit MPIN plus an email one-time password). You are responsible for keeping your MPIN, email account and devices secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Workspaces, roles & responsibilities

A workspace is created and controlled by its owner and admins, who manage members, teams, external partners and settings. Workspace owners/admins are responsible for who they invite, for the content shared in their workspace, and for having a lawful basis to add members and process their information. Members and guests must follow the rules of the workspaces they join.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership rights in the messages, files and other content you submit to StaqOn (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, transmit, display and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the workspaces you participate in. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use StaqOn to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
• send spam, malware, or unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive or obscene content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or to disrupt or overload the Service;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the Service or its APIs beyond what these Terms and our documentation permit; or
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may remove content or suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. StaqOn is a communication tool only — we do not use it for lending, credit-bureau, or financial-services activity, and we do not share your data with financial partners.

7. Termination

You may stop using StaqOn and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMPL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of StaqOn after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
